October 11, 2005	Deputy Daniel Lobo, Jr. San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department Died from injures suffered when his motorcycle collided with a car that pulled out directly in his path.
June 22, 2005	Deputy Greg Gariepy San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department Died as a result of an on-duty traffic collision.
January 10, 2005	Officer Manuel A. Gonzalez California Department of Corrections Stabbed to death by an inmate at CIM - Chino.
September 1, 2004	Deputy Ronald Ives San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department Killed when a vehicle ran a red light and collided with his motorcycle.
June 3, 2004	Officer James Goodman CHP - San Bernardino Died as a result of an on-duty traffic collision.
October 15, 2000	Officer Gerald Silvestri San Bernardino Police Dept. Died as a result of an on-duty traffic collision.
February 1, 2000	Officer Russell M. Miller, Sr. Chino Police Dept. Killed by a drunk driver while making a traffic stop.
September 11, 1997	Officer Mylene Zalar California Department of Corrections Died in an on-duty traffic collision while on prison transportation duties.

October 27, 1996	Officer Reuben F. Rios California Highway Patrol Killed by a drunk driver while directing traffic.
August 9, 1996	Youth Counselor Ineasie M. Baker Herman G. Stark Youth Correctional Facility Killed by an inmate without provocation and while performing duties of youth counselor.
September 17, 1995	Deputy Russell Roberts San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Died after being struck by a vehicle while investigating a traffic collision.
June 22, 1993	Officer Larry J. Jaramillo California Highway Patrol Died as the result of an on-duty traffic collision.
February 10, 1990	Officer Robert L. Shultis San Bernardino Police Department Killed when he was struck by a motorist while struggling with a drug suspect in the street.
May 20, 1988	Group Supervisor Leslie M. Macarro Herman G. Stark Youth Correctional Facility Died after being struck by a vehicle while in foot pursuit of an escapee.
April 12, 1987	Deputy Keith B. Farley San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Died as the result of an on-duty traffic collision.
September 14, 1986	Sergeant Timothy F. Littlefield San Bernardino Police Department Died as the result of a traffic collision while responding to an emergency call.
March 3, 1986	Sergeant Gary W. Wolfley Rialto Police Department Killed by a gunshot fired by a suspect chased on foot during a disturbance call.
January 31, 1986	Deputy Donald J. DeMeulle San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Died as the result of a helicopter crash while on a search and rescue call.
April 6, 1985	Deputy Clifford Sanchez San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Killed by a gunshot from a suspect wanted for robbery.
March 30, 1985	District Attorney Investigator Michael O. Lewis San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office Died as a result of an on-duty traffic collision.
February 24, 1982	Officer Kenneth L. Archer California Highway Patrol Died as the result of a helicopter crash while searching for a downed aircraft.

March 9, 1973	Lieutenant Alfred E. Stewart San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Killed by gunshots fired by a suspect wanted for murder of CHP Officer Larry L. Wetterling.
March 9, 1973	Officer Larry L. Wetterling California Highway Patrol Killed by gunshots fired by a suspect stopped for drunk driving.
October 6, 1972	Correctional Officer Jesus D. Sanchez California Department of Corrections Killed by gunshot from an ambush attack by suspects attempting to free a prisoner in custody of the officer during transport to court.
July 24, 1970	Sergeant Darrell K. Lee Rialto Police Department Died from a heart attack suffered during a fight with a burglary suspect.
August 25, 1966	Officer William C. Isaacs California Highway Patrol Died as the result of an on-duty motorcycle accident.
August 18, 1962	Officer Ronald E. Davis California Highway Patrol Died as the result of a traffic collision while responding to an emergency call.
June 18, 1961	Officer Andrew W. Farthing Montclair Police Department Killed as the result of a beating at the hands of a youth while attempting to quiet a "wild party."
February 23, 1960	Officer Richard D. Duvall California Highway Patrol Killed by gunfire from an escaped felon stopped for a traffic violation.
February 15, 1960	Deputy Billy R. Heckle San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Killed by gunfire from a suspect trying to kill another deputy
February 2, 1958	Detective Russell Grower Ontario Police Department Killed by gunfire from a mental patient while investigating tire thefts.
March 17, 1954	Reserve Officer Louis Dulisse Ontario Police Department Killed by gunfire from a suspect attempting to escape from the scene of a hotel robbery.
May 1, 1953	Officer John W. Armatoski California Highway Patrol Killed by a drunk driver while returning to his vehicle after writing a citation.
June 15, 1951	Officer Bernard Green Ontario Police Department Killed in a fire resulting from his police vehicle being struck by a suspect fleeing from pursuing officers in an assault with a deadly weapon investigation.
September 29, 1947	Officer Harris R. McCullough San Bernardino Police Department Killed by a drunk driver (dying two days after the collision) while responding to a family dispute call.

March 5, 1934	Officer Oscar D. McMurry California Highway Patrol Died as the result of complications from an on-duty motorcycle collision.
April 11, 1933	Officer Jack E. Marks California Highway Patrol Died as the result of an on-duty motorcycle collision.
July 3, 1925	City Marshall Jim West City of Needles Killed by gunfire while trying to take two burglary suspects into custody.
April 13, 1923	Officer George Elmer Estes Colton Police Department Killed by gunfire from three suspects he was escorting to the police station for investigation of suspicious behavior.
September 16, 1916	Officer Ralph L. Maple Colton Police Department Killed by gunfire while trying to take an armed individual into custody for drunk and disorderly conduct.
October 20, 1907	Deputy William F. Smithson San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department Shot when he happened upon a man wanted for striking �a blow on the jaw� of a fellow worker.
May 5, 1904	Constable Fred Bristol Township of Chino Killed by a suspect who stabbed him during a foot chase.
