SPO Negotiations!
On July 22, 2011, the Specialized Peace Officer Unit MOU rejected the second tentative agreement reached between the SPO Negotiation team and the County. On July 26, 2011, SEBA Attorney Steve Silver received a letter from the County titled Submission of Counterproposal and Notice of Intent to Declare Impasse. Mr. Silver responded back to the County with SEBA’s position. The following pages are all of the correspondence between SEBA and the County since July 26, 2011. Please take the time to read them so you can be fully informed.
