All campaign materials must be approved by SEBA before it can be posted on a SEBA Bulletin Board (see "Use of Bulletin Boards" in Safety Unit MOU, Safety Management MOU, Specialized Peace Officer Unit & Specialized Peace Officer Supervisory Unit MOU; see "Bulletin Boards" in Specialized Fire Services Unit MOU). SEBA will not approve the posting of defamatory material. Materials submitted will be reviewed promptly and the Executive Board candidate will be advised accordingly. Executive Board candidates will be given the opportunity to rewrite any material that has been rejected.

  • Maximum length 500 words if no original photo is submitted.
  • Statements that exceed the appropriate permissible length shall be edited to conform to size. The manner in which this editing is accomplished shall be discretionary. The Executive Board candidate will NOT be consulted. Words that are omitted shall be replaced with three periods.
